Calm & Go Yoga offers sessions in the comfort of your home, work place, community center, library, school, or at my home studio in Colts Neck N.J. My mission is to teach children, teens, adults, and families lifelong yoga practices. 

Calm & Go yoga offers private and group classes for children through music, games, and stories, encouraging yoga to be part of their daily routine. The benefits of yoga and mindfulness leads to developing concentration, critical thinking, increasing flexibility, enhancing self- esteem and confidence, while strengthening the mind- body connection.

 

Teen and adult classes focus on Vinyasa yoga, which means "breath synchronized movement," linking each movement in a gradual progression with the breath. The goal is to create a sense of peace and calmness. There is no judgement or pressure, as students concentrate on listening to their bodies while engaging in mindfulness practices.
